Reference number: 20085478 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-08-05 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 1 Subject of the contract: the Municipality plans to carry out roadway reconstruction work, culvert replacement and paving on the Montee des Laurentides ( 2,700 m). The bidder who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the municipality on July 21, 2025. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and it disclaims all liability with respect to either bidder in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by a decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any other way than by a resolution of its council. A tender guarantee of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the submission.
