Notice is hereby given that the City of Tama intends to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract for the construction of the 2025 Library Repair Project located at 401 Siegel St, Tama, Iowa. Selection Criteria: o Projects of similar size and scope in either the public or private sector o Past Performance o Safety Record o Proposed Personnel o Proposed Methodology During the proposal stage, qualified respondents shall be asked to submit their proposed fees for the project. Name Jurisdiction will select the proposal that offers the best value based on the published selection criteria and its ranking evaluation. The Library Repair Project will address ventilation and architectural features in need of improvement and or maintenance to ensure the spaces remain functional for their intended uses. The purpose of this request is to obtain statements of qualifications from firms offering construction management services.
