This Request for Proposal includes a Statement of Objectives with the intent to select a qualified contractor with experience in providing design build services, for improvements to the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system on the existing wastewater facility infrastructure owned and operated by the Sac & Fox Tribe (Tribe) in Tama, Iowa. The selected contractor shall demonstrate expertise with SCADA system design, programming, equipment and instrumentation installation, and long-term support Upgrading/adding SCADA to the Sac & Fox sewer facilities Wastewater Lift Stations o Monitor lift station total flow o Flow meter empty detection o Force main pressures o Wet well elevation o High level alarm o Pump status (on/off/fail/alarm) o Pump run times o Pump statuses (lead/lag) o Pump alternation Question Deadline 09/26/2025 Questions and inquiries must be submitted in writing to Grayson Kelly, Grayson.Kelly@IHS.gov
