The Frankfort Police Department is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of four (4) York rooftop units (RTUs) with equivalent or superior equipment. The existing RTUs are as follows: RTU #1 - Model # DM090N10Q2RAD3A RTU #2 - Model # DM120N15Q2EADA3A RTU #3 - Model # DM120N15Q2RADA3A RTU #4 - Model # DM120N15Q2RADA3A The Frankfort Police Department, located at 20602 Lincoln-Way Lane, Frankfort, IL, is a 24/7/365 operation. Reliable and efficient HVAC systems are essential to maintaining the departments operational readiness. Crane rental for equipment removal and installation. Disconnect switches. Acquisition of necessary permits. Gas piping and PVC installation as required. Miscellaneous electrical work. Removal and proper disposal of old equipment. Delivery and installation of all new equipment. Compliance with Prevailing Wage requirements. Provide a one (1) year warranty on all labor. Project award date: August 22, 2025. Project completion deadline: April 1, 2026.
