Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Burwell, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of August 27, 2025, the project was awarded to A&R Construction Co., with an awarded amount of $558,046.86. The project consists of constructing 4,400 S.Y. of 8" P.C. paving including integral curb and gutter for the improvement of "F" Street and a portion of 13th Avenue from gravel surfaced to paved with curb and gutter. The project also consists of 1,000 L.F. of storm sewer and associated structures to route drainage to existing trunk line along "D" Street. Est.
