Preventive Maintenance, Inspections, and Repair Services for Air Compressors at Multiple Pace Facilities. Anything stated at this pre-bid meeting is not intended to change any terms and/or conditions stated in the solicitation document. Any authorized changes will be made in writing in the form of a clarification/addendum issued by the Procurement Department. During this meeting Pace will: Brief prospective bidders on successfully submitting a responsive bid and explain the project scope and requirements. Provide an opportunity for bidders to ask questions about the bid process and project scope. All questions addressed today must be submitted in writing for the official Pace response to be provided in an addendum. Written questions about this IFB shall be submitted to QuestionsAndAnswers@pacebus.com and will be accepted until 2:00 PM CST on July 2, 2025. All communication regarding this IFB shall be directed to Questions AndAnswers@pacebus.com. Bidders shall not copy Pace staff or the buyer on emails.
