BCIT is seeking to engage a qualified firm to provide BCIT Fire Life Safety System maintenance services (including fire alarm, fire sprinkler systems, and emergency lighting, for the equipment and devices located at the Burnaby Campus (BBY), Centre for Applied Research and Innovation (CARI), Downtown Campus (DTC), Marine Campus (BMC), BCIT Aerospace Technology Campus (ATC), and Annacis Island Campus. The proposed contract term is for a period of 3 (three) years with an option in favour of BCIT to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year periods.
