The work shall consist of 2 areas within the facility for the repair of water damage stemming from the leaks in the basement's woodworking shop and pottery areas, including the tear-out and disposal of water damaged materials and repairs to pre loss conditions. There is also 1 area for the renovation of the patio/ sunroom from a temporary living quarter back to the original design of an exterior patio/ sunroom.
