The objective of the Feasibility Study is to evaluate and recommend a comprehensive, integrated strategy for the replacement of the City Hall roof envelope, upgrades to mechanical equipment and electrical systems, and the integration of rooftop solar panels, while maintaining existing operations of City Hall. The Architect led team will include structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, as well as energy, roof envelope design, and cost estimating (Quantity Surveyor) consultants. *Question Deadline: Tue Aug 19, 2025 12:00:00 PM (PDT) The City anticipates the feasibility study to be completed February 2026.
