Renovation of an educational facility in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 63,460-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
Question Deadline 08/06/2025 Information requests must be received by the Construction Manager 7 calendar das prior to the bid date. Construction of a two-story Classroom Addition and a new Gymnasium building at Bastrop High School. Additions will include new select demolition at addition to existing building connections, concrete tilt wall at Gymnasium, MEP systems, site and exterior lighting, fire sprinkler and alarm, athletic equipment, and science laboratory casework and equipment. Project includes Renovation of existing Bastrop High School building. Renovation of existing spaces includes select demolition, new finishes, ceilings, installation of fire sprinkler system, replacement of existing roof, structural modifications to existing roof for mechanical equipment support, and mechanical system upgrades.
