Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Moshannon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

This contract includes the application of Warm Mix Asphalt surfacing on existing paved areas at the Moshannon Community Building located at 1361 West Sycamore Road, Snow Shoe, PA, 16874. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. All work must be completed by November 15, 2025, Bid information may be obtained from Snow Shoe Township, and all bid correspondence including requests for bid packages shall be emailed to the Township at snows hoetwp1@verizon.net. Snow Shoe Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in the bidding process, and to award the bid as may be deemed by the Township to be in their best interests
