Site work for a mixed-use development in South Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
For: Re-Bid for Landscaping and Sign Improvement Library Rd and Brownsville Intersection Contract 1 - Landscaping Re-Bid - This project includes all labor and materials associated with the installation of boulders, perennials, shrubs, trees, concrete sidewalk, and bench complete in place including erosion and sedimentation controls, site protection and site restoration. Contract 2 Not bidding at this time Contract 3 Sign Wall Re-Bid - This project includes all labor and materials associated with the structural wall sign per the design plans and including site restoration. Bids to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder s Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of the South Park Township in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee . Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specifed Docs notes : Bidding Documents will be available No refund will be made for the return of any documents. There are no exceptions. If specifications are to be mailed, there will be an additional charge of $10.00 per set.
