Site work and paving for a road / highway in South Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work consists of the milling and overlay of approximately 11,220 square yards of Township Roads under Contract No. 2026-01, 2026 Roads Program. Sealed bids are required and must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of either a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check equal to 10% of the bid amount. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be eligible to submit a bid. All bids must comply with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and must be marked with "2026 ROADS PROGRAM" on the sealed envelope. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bidding documents may only be obtained through the specified consultant and require a non-refundable payment for access. Bids may not qualify any of the specifications. Bidder's questions shall be submitted by 5:00 P.M., Monday February 23, 2026 he work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the milling and paving and overlay of a number of Township roadways. The Contractor shall be required to mill 4-1/2 inches of asphalt, place 2-1/2 inches of binder and install 2 inches of wearing and milling to blend driveways for the following roadways in the Township. The Contractor shall also replace all asphalt wedge curbs. Abbey Lane, from Ridge to Ridgebury, and Ridgebury to Ridge. ii. Middle Alley, Terrace Avenue to Edgecliff Road. Middle Alley will also have the road widened from 15 feet to 18 feet. iii. Norrington Drive, Brownsville Road to Springvale Drive. The Contractor shall be required to overlay existing pavement, with 2-inch depth of wearing course, and overlay existing curbs with 1-inch depth, for the following roadways in the Township. Terrace Avenue, Mountain Road to Highland Avenue and Mountain Road to Grant Street. The Contractor shall be required to perform patch paving including to mill 2- inches of asphalt and install 2 inches of wearing for the following roadways in the Township. Triphammer Road, Single Lane, refer to locations on the Drawings. Fredrica Drive, refer to locations on the Drawings. Highland Avenue, Both Lanes, refer to locations on the Drawings.
