Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of the Owner to enter into separate contracts as follows: Contract No. 1A General Construction Contract No. 2A HVAC Construction Contract No. 3A Plumbing Construction Contract No. 4A Electrical Construction Contract No. 5A Not Used Contract No. 6A Turf. PROJECT NUMBER 317-651 Bids shall include a Bid Security Bond or Certified Check, payable to South Park School District, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, in accordance with Instructions to Bidders, as included in the Contract Documents.
