Site work for a water / sewer project in South Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
CIPP lining of approximately 3,500 linear feet of 8 diameter sanitary sewer; 46 re-establishment of services, 2 open cut spot repairs, CCTV, locating and raising buried/missing manholes and other appurtenances under the following Contract: CONTRACT NO. 2024-02 2024 SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 166) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
