**As of February 16, 2024 project was awarded to Alex Paris, awarded amount is $343,758.50.** This project consists of the following: a. Cured in-place lining of approximately 3,522 linear feet of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, b. Cured in-place lining of approximately 1,500 linear feet of miscellaneous 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer that could be located throughout Township c. Approximately 46 re-establishment of all service connections, d. Raising of manhole covers up to 5 feet and locate missing or buried manholes, e. CCTV and cleaning of sanitary sewers, cutting of obstructions from sanitary sewers, and any other necessary appurtenances, f. A minimum of wo (2) open cut repairs, g. Complete asphalt and concrete repairs as necessary' h. Clean tar and chip off of manhole lids or remove and replace the lid to match existing. i. Final restoration and cleanup. Milling and overlay of approximately 13,000 square yards of Township Roads under the following Contract: CONTRACT NO. 2024-01 2024 TOWNSHIP PAVING PROGRAM Copies of the contract documents are available at the offices of the Owner, and at the offices of ms consultants, 300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 200, Moon Township, PA 15108. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The form of the guaranty shall be in accordance with the type permitted under the contract documents. No bid guaranty shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with the requirements as set forth in the contract documents or any applicable statutes of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinances. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Work under this Contract is subject to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (1961 August 15, PL 987; P.S. 166) and subsequent amendments. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
