Renovation of an educational facility in South Park, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
There will be two prime contracts, HVAC and Electrical. Structural work for the saw dust collector shall be included in the HVAC prime contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashiers check or the bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the proposal and a non collusion affidavit . Docs notes: If hard copies of the specifications and drawings for bidding purposes are desired, those may be obtained at the office of H.F. Lenz Company, Consulting Engineers, 1407 Scalp Avenue, Johnstown, PA, 15904 upon a non-refundable deposit of forty ($40.00) dollars for one set of specifications with drawings. Specifications and drawings that are requested by the Contractor to be shipped, will be sent via UPS Ground upon receipt of an additional fifteen ($15.00) dollar non-refundable shipping fee. The entire work shall be completed, ready for use, on or before August 22, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids
