DESCRIPTION Work Summary: The South Park Golf Course Maintenance Building Structural Repairs project is defined by the Construction Documents and Specifications. A general summary of Work is as follows: 1. Provide labor, materials, and equipment required to repair and/or replace existing CMU walls and steel structure as defined in the Contract Drawings. Perform Work under following Prime Contracts: a. General Construction. 2. Remove and Dispose of Existing: a. Cracked and otherwise damaged or deflected CMU walls, piers, and beam bearing locations per Contract Drawings. b. Existing steel pre-engineered metal building wall panels where existing door is getting heightened per Contract Drawings. 3. Furnish and Install: a. All replacement and remediation materials including, but not limited to: CMU masonry, mortar, grout, deformed rebar reinforcement; steel beams, channels, and plates; all anchoring fasteners and adhesives per the standards and specifications provided within the Contract Drawings. b. Temporary materials required for the safe demolition and construction of all aforementioned items. 4. General Provisions: a.
