Renovation of a multi-residential development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The work consists of but is not limited to replacement of flooring, kitchen counter tops, lighting, siding, interior doors, exterior doors, soffits, gutters, down spouts, etc. and all associated work for a complete project. Contractors shall have 5 years minimum experience in similar work. The Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, religion or age. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Charleston-Kanawha Housing Par Value U. S. Government bonds or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent of the bid shall be submitted with each bid
