Scope of work includes full compensation for all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals to furnish and install signage and striping to add new bike lanes and facilities on several streets within the City of Fowler. Contractor shall furnish and install improvements to include new thermoplastic crosswalks, green and white bike lane markings, parking stall striping, painted red curbs, and bike lane signage. Concrete flatwork shall be constructed for bike repair and air-filling, as well as for bike racks installed as part of this project. Additionally, the contractor shall remove all conflicting striping within the project area. All Improvements are shown in the project drawings in Appendix B– Bikeway to Transit Plans. All items shall be removed or constructed per City of Fowler standard drawings and specifications.
