Locations: St. Michael Senior Center sites is Hwy 264 South Crest Road Bldg #5000-22, St. Michels Chapter Compound, Saint Michaels, AZ 86511 The Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support is seeking contractors(s) to complete Double Door Replacement and Removal of Exterior and Interior of the facility at Saint Michael Senior Center. There are (3) Exterior double doors, (3) Interior double doors and one Exterior single door. The scope includes the following: Front doors, Steel Double Doors (Stainless) need to be replaced. (2) Back Doors, Steel single Door (Stainless) need to be replaced Garage doors, Double Doors (stainless) need to be replaced. Activity room (interior) wood double Doors (with door frames) need to be removed and replaced. Hallway, Dining Room entrance (Interior) double doors with wood frames need to be removed and replaced. Entrance Vestibules, wood double doors need to be replaced. Pricing shall include materials, equipment, labor, and the service of replacing all three (3) exterior double doors and one (1) single door. Removal of two (2) interior double doors ALL to be replaced.. Pricing shall include the removal of surplus materials, scraps, and debris. The Proposal for bid shall indicate the delivery dates of proposed services. Please include travel rates, personal expenses and other applicable fees. DALTCS fully expect the successful bidder to completely satisfy contract performance requirements.
