Site work and paving for a road / highway in Burks Falls, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each Tender shall be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $50,000 made payable to the Municipality of The Village of Burk's Falls. The Bidder is referred to Section 4.6 "GC8.02.09 Liquidated Damages" where the damages are set at $200.00 per day. The Municipality reserves the right to stage the work. The Contractor shall submit a schedule after the Contract has been awarded showing all aspects of the work from mobilization to final restoration. The project shall be completed no later than October 17, 2025.
