Site work and paving for a civil project in Greater Sudbury, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The Tender includes: Clearing and grubbing, tree removal / stump removal, rock blasting (if necessary), cut-and-fill site to pre-grade elevations as required. Full supply and installation of services, including but not limited to storm sewer pipe, sanitary sewer pipe, watermain, gate valves, hydrants, water services, and manholes. Construction of right-of-way. Preparation of access paths with culvert for vehicular entry to each lot. Road surfacing. Each Tender submission must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond to be retained by the Consulting Engineer for an amount of at least 10 percent (10%) of the total Tendered price made payable to Giyak Mishkawzid Shkagmikwe. This contract is subject to the approval of Giyak Mishkawzid Shkagmikwe. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.
