The Township of the Archipelago invites qualified architectural or planning firms to submit a proposal for professional services to evaluate up to eight (8) properties, provide a schematic design for a municipal office on one recommended property, provide a construction estimate for the future office building, and culminate all findings in a comprehensive report. The proposal submission should address in brief all aspects as outlined in this document to aid in selecting one firm to award the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
