S. Burnett & Associates Limited (SBA) is requesting a quotation for the Electrical Works within the Constance Lake First Nation, Arena & Recreation Center. The unit price bid for each item listed on the Schedule of Items and Prices shall include all labour, materials and equipment as required to complete the specified work as outlined herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for Electrical Works for the Arena & Recreation Center as indicated within this bid document. Specifications are included on the Contract Drawing set as attached to this document. Please refer to Appendix A: Contract Drawings. Key Project Details: Previously completed Phase 1 - Scope of Work included: Coordinating with Hydro One for the installation, commissioning, and energization of electrical services. Installing underground primary feeders from Hydro One's new overhead poles to the transformer vaults, including grounding and civil work. Installing underground and aboveground secondary feeders from the transformer vaults to the new distribution panels, along with associated grounding and general work. Installing underground and aboveground power distribution conduits, conductors, and cabling to field power distribution equipment, including panels, disconnects, transformers, and splitters. Termination will be completed at the local disconnect switch for general, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Installing exterior conduits for communication infrastructure, parking lot lighting, and related exterior systems. Rough-In ONLY components outlined within the Scope of Work. All remaining above ground electrical works and fire alarm systems as outlined in the attached drawings. The Contractor is to complete the specified work under the schedule of items as outlined below.
