Reference Number 0000305490 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/11/07 09:00:00 AM CST The cost of crushing and stockpiling of approximately 20,000 cubic yards of 3/4 inch road gravel at the gravel pit located at SW 10-8-16W. The cost of any required stripping at the pit must be included in the above price. All sod is to be stripped appropriately to ensure that no black dirt gets crushed with the gravel. Clay material must be crushed with the gravel. Contractor must place the aggregate in an appropriate location as specified by the Public Works Supervisor. Bigger stones to be placed in a separate pile as specified by the Public Works Supervisor. All work is to be completed by May 31, 2026. A late penalty of $500 per calendar day will be charged to the contractor until the work is completed. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
