Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Window Rock, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of Services is to work with the Owner's Technical Staffto construct homes for qualified veterans within the Navajo Indian Reservation. To construct and deliver single homes, complete home improvement, and/or repair homes across the Navajo Nation according to the Architectural Plans provided by the Owner. The services shall include: Road and site clearing Site grading Site leveling Construction of stick-built homes (ADA Compliance) Or delivering, reassembling, and constructing modular homes (ADA Compliance) Or delivering, reassembling, and constructing manufactured mobile homes (ADA Compliance) Constructing house foundations Construction of onsite underground plumbing for water and sewage drainage systems Constructing septic tank and/or leach field systems, or connection to existing sewer grid Construct house flooring systems Installing the interior and exterior electrical wiring systems and fixtures Installation of interior and exterior lighting systems and fixtures Installing the interior and exterior plumbing systems and fixtures Constructing interior and exterior walls, including painting Construction of the ceiling and roof Install appliances for cooking, water heaters, washers & driers, wood burning stoves (electric, or propane operations) Installing chimney Systems Install windows and doors (ADA compliant) Installing HVAC system for heating and cooling, if warranted by NNVA Constructing or installing concrete walk entrances, porches, or wheelchair ramps Construction or installation of rain gutters and exterior water drainage systems Working with utility companies to acquire cost estimation of utility connections and paying for connections Working on acquiring the utilities right-of-way acquisition approvals Working with the local utility companies to acquire service connection approval for water lines or construct cistern water systems for homes. Working with the local utility companies to acquire service connections for electrical connections to the existing electric line grid, or install solar electric systems with generator backup. The construction company will need to work with outside or delegated inspection firms to complete an unbiased inspection for each home and correct any punch list items. Educating the homeowners and NNVA Personnel on appliances and related home warranties. The construction company is required to provide weekly updates to NNVA on the progress of each project and monthly reports that include project costs.
