Site work for a water / sewer project in Ludlow, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Department of Public Works for the Town of Wilbraham seeks submissions from qualified engineering professionals to provide design services for a water main in Ludlow, MA, which will replace or supplement an aging 10-inch cast iron main, with the potential to continue services through the construction phase. This is the first phase of a larger project that will be designed and constructed in the upcoming years. All questions regarding this RFQ or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Town no later than 4:30 PM on August 8, 2025. Any contract awarded as a result of this RFQ is subject to the approval of the Select Board for the Town of Wilbraham. A contract will be awarded, if at all, on a negotiated basis, with payments for phased milestone deliverables as outlined in the project scope of work, subject to negotiation and subject to all procedures outlined in the RFP, as well as all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all submissions, and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Wilbraham. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
