Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a 26,698-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Arnolds Park is located at 156 US-71, Arnolds Park, IA 51331. The current facility is comprised of a city hall, library, fire station and police station. The project will include demolition of the existing facility and replacement with a new building. The project also includes associated site improvements such as parking and site utilities. This project encompasses all construction activities as it relates to the following: Demolition of the existing facility and new construction of the 26,698 square foot building. The envelope is to consist of precast wall panels, load bearing steel stud, structural steel, joists, masonry veneer, wall panels/siding and glazing systems. The site work encompasses new paved surfaces in addition to utilities services. This project is to commence in summer of 2025 and complete fall of 2026.
