Renovation of a municipal facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovate 1st Floor Courtroom Location- Marvin Jones FB and Mary Lou Robinson US Courthouse 205 SE 5th Ave Amarillo, TX 79101-1559 1st Floor Courtroom Provide construction services to build out the Electronic Courtroom Infrastructure Upgrades per the provided plans and specifications dated 2/4/2022. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and daily supervision to accomplish tasks as outlined in contract documents. Contractor is also responsible for all necessary safety measures. Liquidated Damages: If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the contract, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the Government in the amount of $116 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted. The total period of performance for this task order is 165 days, RFI Due 30 JUly, 2025 Period of Performance: The total period of performance for this task order is 165 days, and includes 45 calendar days for required security clearances, pre-work submittals, and material ordering. Actual construction period of performance is 120 calendar days.
