The project is part of a larger effort to extend sewer service to the JLMA East area, which includes: Construction of 24-inch gravity sewer lines Decommissioning of temporary pump stations Integration into the Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility (BRWRF) system Unsure on sizing until development starts to occur. Bypass pumping. As of July 23, 2025, planning and design are complete. Construction just started and completion expected 3rd Quarter 2026. Design team and contractors not identified. Most work being done by Loudoun Water.
