Freedom Park Pickleball Courts As of December 29, 2025, per owner, bids for the construction of this project are currently under review. The awarded bidder, referred to herein as the "Contractor," shall provide complete construction services in accordance with the construction drawings prepared by IMEG Corporation and the specifications included in this Invitation to Bid. Scope of work includes establishing erosion and sediment controls; clearing and grubbing the site of previously felled trees; performing earthwork; installing storm drainage and stormwater management facilities; placing aggregate base and asphalt base and surface; constructing court fencing; coordinating with NOVEC for a new electrical utility service; installing court and site lighting, including electrical supply, distribution, and automation; placing concrete court borders; applying pickleball court color coatings, striping, and accessories; constructing sidewalks and trails; performing pavement marking and signing; installing a shade structure; completing landscaping; and providing all related incidentals necessary for a complete and functional installation.
