To furnish and deliver HDPE Round Culvert Pipe. Type S, double wall, corrugated outer and smooth interior wall that conform to AASHTO M294 standards. Type S for constructing of culverts, side road pipes, storm drains, and all related connections and fittings. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Jason Bailey at Jason.Bailey@VDOT.virginia.gov .The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than five (5) days prior to closing date. The contract period will be from date of award through one year, with the opportunity for two (2) optional, consecutive one-year renewals. The Commonwealth further reserves the right to reject any (bid/proposal) if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such (bidder/offeror) fails to satisfy the Commonwealth that such (bidder/offeror) is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
