Site work for a water / sewer project in Leesburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Leesburg, Virginia is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform work at two of water storage tanks. Work includes installation of containment, abrasive blasting and re-coating of tank interior surfaces, abrasive blasting and re-coating of the tank exterior surfaces, removal and replacement of the Cathodic Protection System at both tank sites. All questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing via email to BidQuestions@leesburgva.gov until but no later than 3:00 P.M. (local time) on Monday, September 8, 2025.
