Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work includes critical need improvements for various school buildings, including roof repairs, HVAC improvement, infrastructure upgrades, and multipurpose/classroom additions. As of August 6, 2026, the Ballot Measures 4A (Mill Levy Override) and 4B (Bond) has received approval. With the passing of 4A and 4B, the district will now move forward with the following priorities: Repair and Improve School Facilities Replace aging heating and cooling systems with modern, energy-efficient upgrades Remove asbestos and address other critical building safety needs Repair and replace leaking roofs and outdated electrical infrastructure The Bond Oversight Committee will meet on a monthly basis. This committee will oversee projects promised during the campaign. Updates will be made here.
