Reference Number 0000393732 The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to supply the entire line of Pentair Myers submersible pumps. Additionally, the TOA WPCF would like to set up a term contract to include evaluation of failed Pentair Myers submersible sewage pumps along with possible repairs if it is shown to be cost effective. This bid shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder(s) as determined by the Town of Amherst. Bid Bond (Formal Bid) 5%
