Reference Number 0000395119 The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to perform an evaluation and thorough testing of our WPCF electrical transformers. Then to provide a written report on the condition, existing life, and recommendations on required repairs and/or replacements for each transformer. This bid also includes a time and materials section for related electrical work and repairs that may be needed to maintain the transformers and associated sub-stations for their intended purpose. This bid shall be awarded to a qualified and experienced bidder as seen by the Town of Amherst.
