Reference Number 0000393644 The City of Northglenn is interested in completing a condition assessment, alternatives analysis, and feasibility study to determine the existing condition of the Berthoud Pass Ditch and potential renovation and/or improvements. The City is requesting a proposal to complete an assessment of the entire ditch and to provide the City with recommendations for the improvement of access, economical operations, and life cycle engineering approach to extend the useful life of the ditch.
