A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000397077 NURA is seeking proposals for demolition services to remove two existing buildings located at 1660 and 1680 E. 112th Avenue in Northglenn, CO. Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority (NURA) is seeking proposals for demolition services at two properties located at 1660 E. 112th Ave. and 1680 E. 112th Ave. The property consists of two vacant single-story commercial buildings on two separate parcels. Building one, at 1680 E. 112th, is 1,152 SF and is largely empty; the second building at 1660 E. 112th is 2,400 SF and has a considerable amount of abandoned personal property inside. A pre-demolition asbestos inspection was completed in August 2025. These properties were purchased by the urban renewal authority with the desire to remediate blight and to encourage new investment in the neighborhood. PROJECT MISSION AND VISION NURA's primary purpose is to improve commercial areas in Northglenn by eliminating blight and assisting with redevelopment projects through private and public-related commercial improvements of properties located inside urban renewal plan areas. The Northglenn Urban Renewal Authority (NURA) is a special purpose governmental entity which was created by City Council in 1990 to deal with economic and physical blight.
