North Metro Fire Rescue District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado ("Fire District"), is soliciting general contractors to bid on Training Center Bldg. C, HVAC Upgrade, Northglenn, CO ("Project"). Question Deadline 03/31/2025 at 9:00 AM MT questions regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be in writing and emailed to Chief Anderson (danderson@northmetrofire.org) All communications and questions regarding this Notice must be directed to Deputy Chief David Anderson, danderson@northmetrofire.org. The Fire District has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities in any Proposal received. Contractors shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred in preparing and submitting their Proposal.
