Renovation of a fire / police facility in Northglenn, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
1. Remove existing aggregate surfacing, asphalt built-up membrane and roof insulation down to the concrete deck. Dispose of off-site. 2. Install membrane roofing system 60 Mil. Black EPDM, fully adhered. Replace or repair flashing, gutters, scuppers, downspouts and roof penetrations. 3. Roofing system will be installed per manufacturers instructions North Metro Fire Rescue District, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado ("Fire District"), is soliciting general contractors to bid on Station 62 Re-roofing project. All communications and questions regarding this Notice must be directed to Deputy Chief David Anderson, danderson@northmetrofire.org. Each Proposal must conform and be responsive to the standard request provided by the Fire District. The Fire District has the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Proposals and to waive any irregularities in any Proposal received. Contractors shall be solely responsible for all costs incurred in preparing and submitting their Proposal. Question Deadline 03/31/2025 at 9:00 AM MT
