The Utah Department of Transportation, Procurement Services Has Issued This Request for Statements of Qualifications (Rfsq) From Qualified Firms Interested in Providing Installation, Upgrade, or Repair of Concrete. Suppliers approved during this process will be deemed as being qualified to perform the solicited services for a period of 12 months, after which time an approved vendor must resubmit qualifications for evaluation and renewal. At the end of the 12 month period, this open-ended approved vendor list will reopen to allow for the required requalification of existing vendors, as well as to allow additional vendors to submit their qualification responses. The RFSQ can be reopened for any reason the State deems appropriate. Questions Due Date: Jul 22nd 2025, 5:00 PM MDT Online Portal The State retains the right to reopen the solicitation to allow additional vendors to submit responses at any time, but no longer than every 12 months, during the term of this open-ended approved vendor list.
