The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified vendor to provide single- and dual-metered traffic signal underground service pedestals. The furnished pedestals will be used to provide power for traffic signals, intersection lighting, and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) throughout the State. This solicitation is intended to provide interested Offerors with sufficient minimum requirements. The requirements in the Scope of Work for this solicitation are not intended to limit a proposal's content or creativity. Offerors may submit innovative ideas, new concepts, and optional features in response to this solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to give additional evidence of their ability to provide the services requested in this solicitation. However, Offerors must address the needs and requirements stated in the Scope of Work of this solicitation. Questions Due Date: Jul 28th 2025, 5:00 PM MDT Contract Award: It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a SINGLE CONTRACT Award. Length of Contract: 5 years with no options for renewal.
