Renovation of a fire / police facility in Southwick, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Question Deadline 07/30/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Contract Documents shall make a written request to the Architect. The Architect will answer such requests if received seven (7) calendar days before the date for receipt of the bids. The Work under the Contract consists of (1.) Selective Demolition a. Demolition of partitions, door openings and ceilings as indicated. b. Removal of carpeting and resilient base where indicated. (2.) Interior Carpentry a. Repairs to existing doors to be relocated. (3.) Doors a. Repair and relocation of existing wood doors. b. Installation of new and reused door hardware. (4.) Gypsum board a. Interior metal framed gypsum board partitions. b. Repairs to existing partitions to receive new resilient base. c. Acoustical insulation and sealants. (5.) Acoustical Ceilings a. Installation of new ceiling tile and suspension grid' b. Modifications to existing ceiling tile and grid. The Project consists of The renovation of the existing second floor bunk area and adjacent spaces to construct 6 private bunk rooms
