A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope will include the removal and replacement of roofing and associated work at City of Watertown Department of Public Works Complex (DPW) located at 124 Orchard Street, Watertown, MA. a. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles required for work in accordance with the Scope of Services and the Bidding Documents. b. All work shall conform to 10th edition of Massachusetts State Building Code. c. All work and bids shall conform to the Plans and Specifications provided in the Bid Documents. d. The Contractor shall apply for all necessary permits and request inspection of the work by the local inspector when required. Permit fees, if applicable, may be waived by approval of the City. e. The Contractor is the single source for all Requests for Information (RFI) and Proposed Change Order (PCO) documentation to be sent to the Architect and Project Management Team. f. The Contractor is responsible for all general site clean-up work. g. Bidders should take note of the following 1) On days in which precipitation is forecast with temperatures falling below 32 degrees, the circulation route in/out of the DPW main yard must be kept open for DPW sanding/salting vehicles, including during Contractor's project working hours.
