Miscellaneous: Prevailing wage is not required. This project is exempt from State and Federal Prevailing Wage requirements. Contractor must be licensed, in good standing. Contractor must have or obtain a Unique Entity Identification (UEI) at online to prove they are not debarred from receiving government funds. Contractor must provide evidence of liability and workers compensation insurance. Contractor must be or become a County Approved Vendor. No consideration will be given to any claim based on lack of knowledge of existing conditions, except where contract documents make definite provision for an extension of time due to existing conditions not readily foreseeable. Bids may be submitted on the form provided herein, or an alternate form, but you must enter a total cost estimate for each task itemized on the scope of work.
