A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Earlimart School District (District) is issuing a Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) from experienced entities to provide Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction Services for the Districts Modernization and New Construction Improvements Project at Earlimart Elementary School. The responses to this RFQ/P shall be used to select a firm that provides the best value to the District for Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction services to assist the District in the project. The project includes the modernization of two new transitional kindergarten/kindergarten (TK/K) classrooms, a play area, two new classroom wings with five general purpose classrooms and a set of restrooms, one new building with two general purpose classrooms to be upgraded, two existing TK/K classrooms to be modernized as well as six general purpose classrooms to be upgraded, one new 3,100 sf administration building with and attached 1,800 sf library, and a small visitor parking lot with kindergarten drop off area.
