Site work for a water / sewer project in Earlimart, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the ALLENSWORTH WATER METER REPLACEMENT PROJECT. Proposals are to be in accordance with the project specifications. Plans and specifications for the project can be obtained online or examined at the 4Creeks, Inc. headquarters. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, labeled with the bidder's name, project name, and the statement “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE TIME OF BID OPENING.” Each bid must use the bid proposal form provided in the contract documents and be accompanied by a certified cashier’s check or bidder’s bond for at least ten percent of the bid amount. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Bond, each equal to one hundred percent of the contract amount, within ten days of contract award. Only contractors with a valid California Class ‘A’ Contractor’s License are eligible, and the contract is subject to all state grant requirements, including those in the Standard Conditions (Exhibit D) and other state regulations. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with all applicable State requirements for funding. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days after the opening date.
