Midvale City is requesting written Proposals from qualified Bidders to provide removal and replacement of approximately 3,200 feet of existing sewer pipe with 10-inch and 8-inch SDR 35 PVC, 6,925 feet of 8" CIPP Lining, 175 feet of 10" CIPP Lining, reconnecting existing sewer laterals, replacement of existing sewer manholes, and construction of associated facilities including laterals, miscellaneous fittings, and appurtenances associated with the pipelines. Questions Due Date: Aug 1st 2025, 4:00 PM MDT SITE OF WORK: Nine (9) Locations in Midvale City: Schedule 1: Holden & Lennox Street Schedule 2: Wasatch Street Schedule 3: Olympus Street Schedule 4: Wilson Street Schedule 5: LaSalle Drive Schedule 6: Pioneer Street Schedule 7: The Avenues (1st through 4th Avenue, Rio Grande Street) Schedule 8: The Avenues (5th through 7th Avenue, Rio Grande Street) Schedule 9: Main and Wasatch Street Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid price payable to Midvale City as a guarantee that the Bidder, if his Bid is accepted, will promptly execute the contract, provide evidence of insurance, and furnish a satisfactory faithful performance bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price and a payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid price. The Work associated with the priority schedules as indicated in the table on Drawing No. G-02 (Sheet 2) shall be substantially complete by October 15, 2025 The work associated with the remaining schedules shall be completed by December 15, 2025.
