Main Street, Midvale. The selected CM/GC will provide design assistance, demolition and site preparation, and construction services. Responsibilities include assisting with finalizing demolition, site preparation, and construction documents, negotiating budgets, schedules, and guaranteed maximum prices for demolition, site preparation, and construction, and coordinating and collaborating with the City and Architect to maintain current public works service levels during construction. The improvements include an Administration Building Expansion (3,500 S.F.), Fleet and Facilities (10,500 S.F.), Climatized Vehicle and Equipment Storage (4,300 S.F.), Covered Vehicle, Equipment, and Bulk Material Storage (21,600 S.F.), Decant Station Construction, Demolition of Existing Buildings and Improvements, Site Preparation, and approximately 100,000 S.F. of site improvements.
